Sunny weather
Please can you provide a sunhat and apply sun cream for your child before you arrive at nursery. If your child stays all day at nursery then please also bring in some named sun cream for staff to re-apply. We have Brunswick caps for sale in the office for £3.50 if you would like one of these.
Poster
Please find attached a poster advertising spaces at Brunswick for next year. We would really appreciate it if you could print and display one in your window at home or your workplace. If you cannot print one please ask your Keyworker and they will give you a hard copy.
Otters and Hedgehogs
If you have any empty, clean spray bottles such as disinfectant, soap or hand sanitiser etc. then please could you bring them in for the above groups.
Information for reporting concerns
We have had the following sent to us from the local authority safeguarding department and they have advised us to share it with parents.
The NSPCC have launched a new dedicated, confidential helpline – Report Abuse in Education – which is available to current or past victims as well as parents, carers or professionals with concerns. The helpline will be open for 6 months and the number is 0800 136 663. It is free and anonymous and will be open Monday to Friday 8am – 10pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am – 6pm. Our advice would be to advertise this widely to the whole school or college community including parents and carers.
