Data Collection
Can I remind all parents to hand in their data collection sheets with any incorrect details updated and please don’t forget to sign at the bottom.
30hr Eligibility Codes
To all parents who currently access 30hr funding and have a code that needs rechecking can you please make sure that this is done within the next week as Joann will be applying for Spring Term funding during November. Please email finance@brunswick.cambs.sch.uk to let us know when this has been done, if the codes are not updated early enough you may lose your extended funding for the new term. If you are not sure whether your code is about to expire you can contact Joann via email and she can login to our portal to check for you. Thank you.
Pumpkin Party
Please remember to buy your tickets at the office for the Pumpkin Party on Saturday 10 November. It is a lovely day for all the family.
Diwali
We will be celebrating Diwali next week. If anybody would like to bring in decorations or help us to celebrate then please contact the office.
Pumpkins
We will be using pumpkins in the nursery a lot next week so any donations would be gratefully received.
Friends of Brunswick
You will have seen we are well progressed with organising the Pumpkin Party and thank you to those who have stepped forward to help out. There will still be plenty of opportunity to lend a hand on the day, if you are able!
We have planned a cake and bake sale to help raise money for Brunswick and would like to ask for your support by bringing a donation. This can be homemade or shop bought, just nut free please! If you are unable to come on the day we can also collect the cakes from the Brunswick on Friday 9 November. Leave your donations with the office.
Some volunteers are meeting on Thursday 8 November at the Punter Pub, 3 Pound Hill, Cambridge from 8.00pm to go through the final planning for the event, everyone is welcome to join us. In the meantime if you have any questions please let Annette Ardon-Finch know at annettejpyle@gmail.com or 07870 882797.
We hope to see you there on 10 November, but I’m sure there will be other events in the course of the year which we will contact you about.
