Friends of Brunswick Reminder
- Come and meet other parents at the Burleigh arms this Thursday 15th @ 8pm. Just fill in our Doodle: http://doodle.com/poll/a95nn3wvc49vbr4h if you would like to be there too. We look forward to seeing you on the night!
- We have had a great set of recipe submissions but please send yours in to Helen (helenbarnes@cantab.net) if you haven’t yet. Or at least an email letting us know if you intend to submit one.
- An advance notice that our next cake sale is on Wednesday 21st March so we will be asking for your support in providing bakes and buying them too.
Chicken Pox
We have had another confirmed case of chicken pox in the nursery please keep a look out for any symptoms in your children. The Health Protection Agency advice is that children should stay away from nursery until all the spots have ‘crusted over’. This usually takes about a week after the outbreak of the spots. Chicken pox can affect pregnant women so if you are worried you may have been exposed to the infection, contact your midwife or your GP for further advice.
Absent Children
Can we please remind parents to inform the office if your child is going to be off ill or if you are going on holiday. Thank you.
